1. Osaka Prefectural "KENKOUKAGAKU" Health and Science Center and University of Tsukuba
We are carrying on collaborative researches in risk factors of cardiovascular diseases, trends of pathogenic situations and practice and evaluation of preventive measures, by cross-sectional study and cohort study with approx. 15 thousand people in areas, where are Osaka suburbs, Akita, Kochi and Ibaraki, or job spaces.
2. National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center
We advance epidemiology studies of cardiovascular diseases on several subjects collaboratively, through cardiovascular research commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the Japan Public Health Center-based prospective (JPHC) study, which is a general-purpose cohort study with follow-up examinations in approx. 100 thousand people.
3. National Cancer Center
We participate in the Japan Public Health Center-based prospective (JPHC) study with follow-up examinations in 100 thousands and collaborate on risk factors of cardiovascular diseases against lifestyle.
4. Nagoya University
We participate in the Japan Collaborative Cohort (JACC) study, which is a cancer cohort study, with follow-up examinations in approx. 100 thousand people, of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, cf. MEXT, and col-laborate on death of cardiovascular diseases and the other chronic illnesses against lifestyle.
5. Ibaraki Prefectural Health Plaza
We join in cohort study of the residents in Ibaraki Prefecture with follow-up exam-inations, approx. 100 thousands, and work together on death of cardiovascular dis-eases, cancer and other illnesses against the data of physical checkup. The death prediction system of stroke was built and is published on the website.
6. Ibaraki Prefectural University of Health Sciences
We forward science researches of MEXT about linkage of cardiovascular diseases between inflammation and infection. The long-term process and related factors of ADL and QOL on stroke patients are being searched as well.
7. Institute of Sleep and Health, NPO
We work in collaboration on linkage of sleep apnea between general residents suf-fering from sleep apnea, prevent situation in job space groups, lifestyle, inflamma-tion and findings from physical checkup.
