- 論文の要約：日本では4月1日より医師の過剰な労働時間を解消するために働き方改革が施行されました。その中で、私たちは勤務時間が制限される中で研究と臨床を両立することはさらに困難となると考えられます。私たちは研究を推進するための案として、柔軟なスケジュール、固定の研究期間、公正な評価システム、研究と指導への適切な報酬の4点を提示しました。これらは臨床と研究のバランスする持続可能な医療の実現に必要だと考えています。
