- Summary of this article：In Japan, cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are major causes of death and long-term care needs. The Cerebrovascular and Cardiovascular Disease Control Act was enacted in 2019. Prefectural plans were published between 2021 and 2023. While most measures aligned with the national plan, some prefectures omitted aspects like research, patient support, and childhood interventions. Specific indicators were established for various measures. This review examines the status of prefectural plans and discusses future challenges and directions.
- 論文の要約：2019年に脳卒中・循環器病対策基本法が施行されました。それに際して2021年から2023年にかけて発表された都道府県が作成する計画の内容をレビューしました。都道府県が作成する計画においては様々な施策について具体的な指標が設定されていることが確認された一方で、研究、患者支援、小児期の介入といった点が十分に取り上げられていない都道府県もありました。今後の都道府県計画において、このような点も含めた網羅的な計画を立てていくこと、そのための支援も必要と考えます。
