- "Summary of this article：Using the Danish Diabetes and Diabetic Retinopathy Registry, we found that hyperinsulinaemic diabetics have a lower risk of diabetic retinopathy and a slower progression of the disease than classic type 2 diabetics. This finding could be used to assess the risk of diabetic retinopathy onset and progression and to determine the screening interval. "
- 論文の要約：デンマークの糖尿病及び糖尿病網膜症レジストリを用いて、高インスリン血症糖尿病患者は古典的2型糖尿病患者に比べて糖尿病網膜症のリスクが低く、進行も遅いことを見いだしました。このことから糖尿病網膜症の発症・進行リスクを評価し、スクリーニング間隔を決定するなどにいかすことができると期待しています。
