- Summary of this article：This study evaluated hybrid TEVAR without CPB in 254 elderly patients with landing zones 0-2. With median age 73 and follow-up 5.8 years, results showed 72.8% 10-year survival rate. Age, preoperative stroke, and 30-day aortic events were significant mortality risk factors. Importantly, lifetime loss was minimal (≤0.2 years) for patients ≥75 years, suggesting age alone shouldn't exclude surgical treatment for aortic arch diseases.
