- Summary of this article：In this study of 84 patients undergoing hybrid aortic arch repair, a larger low-attenuation plaque (LAP) area in the greater curvature of the aortic arch was independently associated with a higher risk of new cerebral infarction lesions (NCILs) (OR 5.23). Findings highlight the importance of preoperative plaque assessment to identify high-risk patients.
- 論文の要約：ハイブリッド大動脈弓部修復を受けた84例を解析した結果、大動脈弓内側弯部の低吸収プラーク（LAP）面積が大きいと、術後の新規脳梗塞病変（NCIL）のリスクが有意に高かった（OR 5.23）。術前のプラーク評価が重要であると示唆された。
